The Pensacola Dog Owner Association is dedicated to the following:

(1) Work to create, support, promote and maintain public off-leash parks;
(2) To educate the public as to the proper and responsible care for companion animals;
(3) To promote the health and welfare of companion animals and their owners;
(4) To aid and assist governmental agencies and departments in the accomplishment of their public purposes.

We believe that a highly developed community includes promoting facilities that appeal to many facets of the population. We want the City to stand out as an example for other cities, showing them how city parks can be utilized to the benefit of all residents.
